If you are ready to begin counseling, taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. At Are You Ready Counseling, I provide online Christian counseling for adults throughout Illinois and Missouri, integrating sound clinical counseling with the unchanging truth of Scripture.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, panic, intrusive thoughts, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or spiritual concerns, counseling can help you move toward greater peace, hope, and confidence in Christ.

2: Optional Free 20-Minute Consultation
Your free consultation gives us an opportunity to determine whether we’re a good fit before beginning counseling.
During your consultation, you can:

- Ask questions about my counseling approach.
- Learn how biblical truth is integrated with clinical counseling.
- Discover whether online counseling is the right fit for you.
3: Schedule Your First Counseling Appointment
If you decide to move forward, you can schedule your first online counseling session directly through my secure scheduling system.
Whether you’re seeking help for anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, grief, compulsive behaviors, or relationship difficulties, we’ll begin developing a plan that addresses the whole person- mind, body, and spirit.
Counseling Fees & Insurance
I accept some insurance plans through Headway, a secure billing service that manages insurance claims on my behalf. You can verify your insurance benefits through Headway before scheduling your appointment.
For clients choosing self-pay:
50-Minute Session: $150
