I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor with nearly 30 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, compulsive behaviors, and emotional pain.
Early in my career, I believed psychology alone could provide the answers people needed. Then God changed my life.
As He transformed my own heart, He also transformed the way I counseled others.
Today, my passion is helping people experience lasting healing by integrating sound clinical care with biblical truth. I’m not simply a counselor who happens to be a Christian. I intentionally provide Christ-centered counseling that allows God’s Word to shape every aspect of the healing journey.
